- Two Linux runners added (
ams-l-11,ams-l-14), pool capacity +30%. - Median queue time dropped from 4m 20s to 1m 48s over the following week.
- Job logs now stream to the UI instead of appearing after the job finishes.

- Artifact retention cut from 30 to 14 days — the pool was at 92% before the change.
- Cache eviction switched to LRU; the previous FIFO policy dropped hot caches first.
